Considered a “bona fide trend expert” by TIME Magazine, Roseanna is a curious and creative type by nature. Her interests in global culture and expression of beauty and style led her to a career in trend forecasting where she has spent over 15 years identifying and evaluating trends in the creative realm.

Since 2011, Roseanna has run a consulting practice helping global brands understand how emerging cultural and industry shifts impact their consumer and business.

As part of this work, she has developed reports that look across industries to analyze leading indicators of change and applied these insights to inform cultural relevance as well as regional preference and mood. She draws on consumer behavior and market analysis to develop narrative frameworks, which can be leveraged to guide creative and strategic direction. Her experience also encompasses brand strategy, where she’s focused on creative identity development and competitive research.

She has been invited to speak in front of audiences across the US, in Europe and the Middle East and featured as a trend expert in major publications such as Refinery29 and WWD.

Roseanna currently works at Estée Lauder Companies on the Global Foresight and Growth Intelligence Team, leading trend direction, innovation and strategy for the company’s portfolio of brands and functions.
