During her recent contract as Director of Trends and Insights at Coty’s digital agency Beamly, Roseanna partnered with COVERGIRL’s fast beauty innovation team to develop strategic direction for speed-to-market initiatives, incorporating predictive data modelling and market analysis for timely, relevant and actionable insights. One of the featured trends developed by Roseanna was titled “Midnight Superstition,” taking inspiration from supernatural themes such as occult and astrology for the holiday season. This concept was championed by the brand and featured in an October 2018 campaign.
